How I Can Support You
Face-to-face counselling offers a dedicated space away from the demands of everyday life, where you can pause, reflect and focus entirely on yourself. Sessions take place in a private and comfortable counselling room in Solihull, providing a calm, confidential environment where we can explore whatever has brought you to therapy.
Many people value the opportunity to step away from their usual surroundings and have a regular space that is solely for them. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy and understanding.
Session Length: 50 minutes
Face-to-Face Counselling
Online counselling offers the same compassionate and confidential support, with the flexibility of attending sessions from a location that feels comfortable for you. Whether you're balancing work, family commitments, mobility needs or simply prefer meeting remotely, online therapy can provide an accessible way to access counselling wherever you are in the UK.
To get the most from your sessions, you'll need:
- A quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted
- A reliable internet connection
- A device with a camera and microphone
- Headphones (optional) if they help you feel more comfortable or maintain privacy
We'll use a secure video platform, and just as with face-to-face counselling, everything we discuss remains confidential.

Online Counselling
Fees
I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation, giving us the opportunity to discuss what has brought you to counselling, answer any questions you may have, and consider whether we're the right fit to work together.
Individual counselling sessions are £60 for a 50-minute session.
I also offer a limited number of concession rates for students, pensioners and veterans and those on a low income. If you think you may be eligible, please feel free to get in touch to discuss this with me.
Payments is made via bank transfer, and full details will be provided before we begin working together.

Please note, if you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.
